There are plenty of tutorials on these quilts so I'm just going to leave it to a series of photos.
Sew your circles onto your blocks...
Cut your blocks into four quarters...
Lay them out in a way that pleases you...
Pause to serve dinner for 12...
Sew all those suckers back together again
Attach batting and backing...
Sew on binding...
And ....
