Double Slice Layer Cake

Ive finally finished and photographed the Double Slice Layer Cake quilt that I started when Milly was here, visit before last, back in January. We made the same quilt with different fabrics. I used Coquette by Moda which is lovely fabric.

Anyway, I picked it up from the quilters a few weeks ago then I bound it and just this morning got around to photographing it. It is a lovely big quilt that I will keep on the couch over winter to snuggle under. I've taken the red strip quilt off the couch to make room for this one and I've hung it on the wall.
